While in London for the G20 summit, President Barack Obama presented Queen Elizabeth a rare coffee table book of songs by composers Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart along with an iPod loaded 40 songs from popular Broadway productions, including The King and I, West Side Story and Dreamgirls.
